This spacious 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home overlooks the beautiful Morgan Creek and Wild Dunes Yacht Harbor, offering serene views that only the Lowcountry can offer. The well stocked kitchen opens up to the dining and living room area giving the home an inviting open layout. Step out onto the first floor wrap around porch and relax in any of the four wicker rocking chairs. Grill masters will appreciate having access to a three burner gas grill also located on the porch.

The first master suite is located on the first floor and offers a queen size bed and a secluded office space from the rest of the home making this a great space for for remote work.

The second floor has three bedrooms including the main master suite that has direct access to the second floor wrap around porch. This master suite offers a reading nook, a large walk-in closet, a relaxing garden tub, and a stand-alone shower. There are two other rooms that share a jack and jill bathroom with a double vanity. One bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has two twin bunk beds. The laundry room is also located on the 2nd floor.
